Breathwork is literally work with the breath. There are many different breath techniques and practices that can be applied for healing and self-development purposes. Generally speaking, breathwork raises levels of wellbeing - it offers magnificent health benefits on physical, mental and spiritual levels.
The beauty of breathwork is that it is accessible to everyone, everywhere.
Whether you are looking to lower your stress levels, boost your immune system, detox your body or to speed up your digestive function, breathwork can take you there. Likewise, if you are looking for inspiration, confidence, clarity or emotional relief. Breathwork is a powerful way to find more joy, balance and inner peace in life.
As a certified breathwork facilitator, I offer one-on-one and group sessions, both in person (max. 15 breathers) and online settings. The exact content of the sessions is always designed in partnership with the breather or group, in order to meet the respective needs. The primary breathing method I use during sessions is the “conscious connected breath”.
A conscious connected breathwork session is a uniquely designed journey where a specific breath method is applied in combination with music. A deep, conscious and rhythmic breath emerges physiological shifts in the body that often lead to emotional and physical releases. These allow the body to fully relax and access the various health effects of breathwork. Sessions (including introduction, frame and closing) take around 90-120 minutes depending on the exact content and setting. I'm there to guide and support my breathers throughout the entire journey and I take pride in holding space in a warm and loving manner.

I am Cassandra Zaeske, a multi-passionate soul on a mission to contribute something meaningful to this world. I am curious about people and healing and want to explore different channels to live out my purpose – to shine my light on others' paths and support people around me to find more joy and wellbeing in life.
Outside of breathwork, I work part-time as a People Practices Partner, as well as a Body Balance (a mixture of Yoga, Pilates and Tai chi) instructor. I found breathwork during my sabbatical in Italy in 2020 and conscious breathing has since then been a part of my daily life, supporting me in being someone more confident, healthy and inspired.
As an instructor I am gentle, professional and dedicated. My character is a wild mix of creativity and intellect, depth and lightness; I am a singer, writer and creator who enjoys geeking out on science, theory and research.
My breathwork practice gives me the opportunity to combine my passions and gifts, which truly excites me.
