Cassandra's o2 Breathwork Journeys in 2025:
A warm welcome to my classes! You can sign up for the next o2 Breathwork Journey sessions by filling out the below form.
The are two open group sessions per month: an in-person session in Aurinkolahti and an online class via Zoom. Additionally I host occasional special events with different partners and venues.
The following sessions will take place:
In Aurinkolahti (studio Auringonsilta)
- Saturday, 1st November at 11-12.30
- Saturday, 6th December at 11-12.30
Over Zoom *in English
- Thursday, 13th November at 20-21.30 (8-9.30 pm) EET
- Tuesday, 9th December at 20-21.30 (8-9.30 pm) EET
The in-person group classes cost 30 € / person and you will receive a booking confirmation and the payment intsructions via email after filling our the below form. Check out all the terms and conditions here.
Would you like to become a regular? Get a season ticket for three sessions for 75 € (valid for 12 months).
You can participate in Zoom sessions from the comfort of your own home / space. You may decide how much you would like to, or can, pay for the online session. Once you sign up via the below form, you will receive a booking confirmation over email, including the Zoom link and payment instructions.
Private sessions (for yourself or groups) are always possible! Just email me and we can discuss details!

I am Cassandra Zaeske, a multi-passionate soul on a mission to contribute something meaningful to this world. I am curious about people and healing and want to explore different channels to live out my purpose – to shine my light on others' paths and support people around me to find more joy and wellbeing in life.
Outside of breathwork, I work as a People Partnerships Lead, as well as a Bodybalance (a mixture of Yoga, Pilates and Tai chi) instructor. I found breathwork during my sabbatical in Italy in 2020 and conscious breathing has since then been a part of my daily life, supporting me in being someone more confident, healthy and inspired.
As an instructor I am gentle, professional and dedicated. My character is a wild mix of creativity and intellect, depth and lightness; I am a singer, writer and creator who enjoys geeking out on theory and research.
My breathwork practice gives me the opportunity to combine my passions and gifts, which truly excites me.
