O2 BREATHWORK JOURNEYS
Breathwork is literally work with the breath - consider it as a mindfulness practice with a twist.
There are many breath techniques and methods that can be applied for healing and self-development purposes. Generally speaking, breathwork raises levels of wellbeing - it offers magnificent health benefits on physical, mental and spiritual levels.
Whether you are looking to lower your stress levels, boost your immunity, detox your body or speed up your digestion, breathwork can take you there. Likewise, if you are looking for inspiration, confidence, clarity or emotional relief. Conscious breathing can also help with anxiety and depression. Breathwork is a powerful tool to find more joy and balance in life.
As a certified breathwork facilitator, I offer one-on-one and group sessions, both in person and online settings. The exact content of my o2 breathwork journeys is always customized in partnership with the breather or group, in order to meet the respective needs. On weekends I facilitate open group work sessions in person and I host monthly free-of charge Zoom classes.
The primary breath method applied on my o2 journeys is the “Conscious Connected Breath”. This is a unique meditative experience where a mouth breath technique is applied in combination with music. The purpse is finding a deep state of relaxation.
A deep, conscious and rhythmic breath emerges physiological shifts in the body that often lead to emotional and physical releases. These allow the body to fully relax and access the various health benefits of the breath method.
O2 breathwork journeys (including introduction, frame and closing) take 90-120 minutes depending on the exact content and setting. I'm there to guide my breathers throughout the entire journey and take pride in holding space in a warm and loving manner.
ABOUT ME
I am Cassandra Zaeske, a multi-passionate soul on a mission to contribute something meaningful to this world. I am curious about people and healing and want to explore different channels to live out my purpose – to shine my light on others' paths and support people around me to find more joy and wellbeing in life.
Outside of breathwork, I work as a People Partnerships Lead, as well as a Bodybalance (a mixture of Yoga, Pilates and Tai chi) instructor. I found breathwork during my sabbatical in Italy in 2020 and conscious breathing has since then been a part of my daily life, supporting me in being someone more confident, healthy and inspired.
As an instructor I am gentle, professional and dedicated. My character is a wild mix of creativity and intellect, depth and lightness; I am a singer, writer and creator who enjoys geeking out on theory and research.
My breathwork practice gives me the opportunity to combine my passions and gifts, which truly excites me.
